We decided to try Two Blur Guys as recommended by a friend for its burgers!
It is a small burger bar that it situated at the first level of Orchid Hotel. It is not difficult to find as it is located near the traffic light across Tanjong Pagar Food Centre.
When you step into the shop, you will see glass shelves with pies and desserts surrounding the kitchen area. It is actually quite a small shop with seating capacity of about 20. The main colors of the shop is black which gives it a professional vibe. Head to the counter that is situated inside the shop to place your orders. They do not charge service charge, so expect to place orders on your own and help yourself to the cutlery and sauces at the top of the glass shelves.

I would say that the shop is really small and there is not much of an ambience per se. We ordered their specialties which are its burgers!
Firstly, Prime Beef Burger ($12.50)! It is their signature burger and what makes it so special and different from other burgers is that it uses Gruyere Cheese and Truffle Mayonnaise. The beef patty is really juicy and cooked well. We really like that the burger was complemented with potato salad and green salad for it really provided a balanced meal. We must recommend that you try the Truffle Mayonnaise for it's really special and unique. Most burger places uses cheddar, so Gruyere Cheese really makes the whole burger more fragrant and tasty!
Next, Smoked Salmon Burger ($9.50). The Smoked Salmon Slices are really generous! I really like that they do not use the conventional Mayonnaise or Tartar Sauce but create something new. For this burger, they used Guacamole (Avocado) Mayonnaise that went really well with the saltier Smoked Salmon. If you're not into red meat, this will be a good option!
Two Blur Guys do not serve iced water! Their drinks are comparatively on the expensive side. They do have a set meal which includes desert of your choice (excluding lemon curd tart- additional $1 to change) and a hot coffee/tea. If you would like a change of drinks, it is possible, just top up the difference.
All in all, if you're a fan of burgers, do try Two Blur Guys! But do not expect to dine in a restaurant with a wonderful ambiance. For the food quality, we feel that the price is reasonable! Do try it if you're in the area and craving for some burgers!
